With the exception of the ΢ÃÜÆÆ½â-in-London program, ΢ÃÜÆÆ½â students follow a two-step process for applying to study off campus during the fall, spring or academic year:
Step One

- to study off campus (fall, spring, or academic year). Rolling admissions for approval for all programs begins in early fall.
Deadlines
For programs with January application deadlines, apply for ΢ÃÜÆÆ½â approval by the Dec. 5 early bird deadline.
The final deadline for approval for fall, spring and academic year is Feb. 1.
Note: The ΢ÃÜÆÆ½â-in-London program has a one-step application due Feb. 1.
Step Two
- approved by ΢ÃÜÆÆ½â in step one.
- Due date: Depends on the program. Most programs review on a rolling admission basis. Your approval notification in step one will encourage you to apply as early as possible to give you an advantage in that process.
- The program acceptance rate for ΢ÃÜÆÆ½â students is high for those who remain eligible and apply early. If you are not admitted, OCS staff will help you find an acceptable alternative.
